Features of this product

This waist assist suit can be used to support work with no electric power. It can not only reduce the load when an operator wearing this suit stands up from the seated posture, but also reduce the burden on the operator's waist (lumbar spine, spinal erector muscle, psoas magnus muscle, etc.) when the operator takes kneeling or droopy posture. Because the assist force is generated by using only flat spiral springs and wire ropes, the product does not need any external force like electric power, and therefore it is not affected by the use environment.

Features of this product

This product is a master-slave type teleoperated robot which traces the operator's motions. By mounting a driving motor on the shoulder to transmit the force of the hand part by using a rope driving unit, the weight of the hand part has been reduced.
This arrangement has reduced the overall motor output, and resultantly reduced the overall weight and size.
Furthermore, because the operator's motions are traced, the product can be used for work at a remote place.

Features of this product

This product is a master-slave type robot arm. The motions of the robot arm end part are driven from the body part through wire ropes. This arrangement has reduced the weight and size of the robot arm end part.
If the required grip force is small, the wire rope diameter can be reduced, and, as a result, the size of the product can also be reduced for further downsizing.

This product, using our core technology of high-precision wire ropes, has good achievements in mass production for automotive heater control units (to control air direction and volume).

The product can be diverted to different uses by changing the size and mechanism. (We have experienced this successfully for the architectural industry.)

Triple sliding door interlock device

This product has smooth motions by using our high-precision wire ropes, so that it can be applied to triple sliding doors of various widths by way of our original production system.

  • 1. By employing a structure in which our high-precision wire rope goes through pulley, a stable and smooth transmission of operation force can be realized.
  • 2. By employing our original production system, not only the product can be applied to triple sliding doors of various widths, but also the optimum tensile force (operating force) can be secured.

Output directional operation enabled rotating force transmission unit

By using our core technology of high-precision wire ropes, this mechanical unit can operate two different motions: a motion from the input side to the output side, and a motion of torque transmission.
