The outer casing, which is used for operating wire ropes, protects the wire ropes and smooths their movements to enhance the degree of roping freedom.
We consistently produce outer casings in-house from raw material procurement to the rolling, winding, coating, cutting and end processing of steel wires to assembling them into parts.
The inner polyethylene liner suppresses friction against ropes, improving the slidability.
The coiled steel wire secures space large enough to allow the wire rope to pass through.
The surface coating protects the steel wire from corrosion.

We produce close-contact wound springs as outer casings for wire assemblies for operating extra-fine ropes.
Also, we can turn variant wires into coil springs and space wound wires.
From standard-size wires to custom-made wires, we can accommodate a high variety of wires.
