| We boasts plants in many
locations with different functions. While maintaining contact
with one another, these plants carry out manufacturing and processing
according to their own specialties, using leading-edge facilities
and thorough-going quality control. |
|
 |
 |
| Our plants can be
proud of their facilities which are the most advanced in the
industry, including our wire drawing equipment, wire stranding
equipment, and automatic wire coating lines. We have hundreds
of varieties of materials, diameters, configurations, and lay
pitches. The production technologies that we have built up over
the years enables us to offer top quality wire rope. |
 |
 |
 |

|
| Our rigorous quality control
enables us to supply reliable products. Materials are subjected
to an acceptance inspection, inspections are conducted at different
places on the lines, and products are inspected prior to shipment.
In addition, an independent specialist supervisor analyzes all
types of data from the line. |

Towada Works
(Will acquire ISO9002 in September, 2001)
The Towada Works was opened in 1988 as an integrated plant to
carry out all stages of production from wire rope manufacture
through terminal processing. It produces a large variety of products,
and consists of the Rope Manufacturing Division, the Larger Diameter
Products Processing Division, the Smaller Diameter Products Processing
Division, Interior Processing Division, and the Assembly Processing
Division. It controls and processes well over two hundred parts
having different colors and sizes, assembles and packages products
using wire rope, and ships these as finished products. |
 |

(Will acquire ISO9001 in September, 2000)
The Nagano Works conducts the most basic and important processes,
producing the strands used to make wire rope, twisting the strands
into rope, and coating the surfaces with nylon and other materials.
Further, it has the independent Rope Technology Division, which
conducts R&D in all aspects of technology, including development
and improvement, creation of prototype data, durability tests,
and creation of rope materials for users. |
 |

(Acquired ISO9002 in April, 1999)
The Cebu Works started operation in July 1996 to supplement the
production at the Towada and Nagano Works in light of the increased
demand from our different customers. The plant supports a complete
production system from insulating processes through to shipping
the finished products. This new production base will help meet
the relatevely short delivery schedules requered by Japanese
and other nationality customers in Southeast Asia. |
